These General Terms of Purchase, considered prior to the contract process, regulate the purchase of tickets on the gvam.es/tienda/alhambra Website owned by GVAM Guías Interactivas.
These General Terms of Purchase must be considered along with the Terms of Sale
GVAM may modify these terms and conditions at any time and with no prior notice by publishing these changes on the Website for the information of Users before purchasing the audio guides offered online.
Thus, Users are responsible for carefully reading the terms in full every time they wish to purchase tickets via the Website.
Users declare to be of age pursuant to their national law and have the legal capacity necessary to enter a contract via the Website and, therefore, to be bound by these General Terms and any applicable Specific Terms. Users declare to have knowledge of, understand and accept these terms in full.
Audio guides purchased shall be valid for use during one visit to the Alhambra and the Generalife.
Audio guides and the purchase process are available in the following languages: Spanish, English, Arabic, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Dutch, Portuguese and Russian.
Prices indicated on the screen are valid, except for typographical errors. They are set in Euros and are VAT-free according to applicable regulations: Article 20.1.1.14.b) and c) of Law 37/1992, of 28 December.
Payment for audio guides may be made by VISA or MASTERCARD credit or debit cards, or via Paypal.
For Users’ peace of mind, please note that data shall be processed with full confidentiality as information between the User’s browser, the secure gvam.es/tienda/alhambra server and the financial institutions managing payments is encrypted.
GVAM hereby informs you that using this payment system to purchase tickets is a crime, punishable with imprisonment, in the event of:
- Providing false data of the purchaser or card number used as the method of payment.
- Using data of individuals other than the purchaser.
- Providing card numbers that do not match that of the purchaser.
- Falsely claiming ownership of the cards of others.
- Using card numbers generated with computer programmes or similar algorithms.
There is a legal period of 5 calendar days to request the return of the purchase provided the code has not been used. You can request the return through the email cav@gvam.es or through the following form .
These General Terms of Purchase, and any applicable Specific Terms, shall be governed by Spanish law, which shall apply to any issue not set forth in this contract regarding interpretation, validity and enforcement.
The parties expressly waive their applicable jurisdiction, and expressly submit to the Courts of Madrid to resolve any dispute arising on the interpretation or enforcement of these General and Specific Terms.
